A centralized depot of spare technology assets is an efficient way to keep your systems working. Whether a device needs a non-warranty repair, or a manufacturer RMA/repair, Proscan’s Advance Replacement program increases up-time and reduces total cost of ownership.

      1. Once it is determined that a replacement device is needed, Proscan will overnight a pre-configured device to the site. Our configuration services include OS and application images as well as hardware and software configuration.

      2. The defective device is returned to us where we take appropriate action based on customer specified criteria; i.e. test, clean, repair, RMA(to manufacturer), or scrap. Repaired items are then put into the Customer’s spare inventory.
