Staging Services

Proscan has a 80,000 square foot climate-controlled staging and warehouse facility located ten minutes from the Fedex shipping Hub in Memphis, TN. We have the capacity to process thousands of devices per week. We can guarantee maximum data integrity with our robust asset management and tracking software system.

Let Proscan stage your project, and an experienced project manager will work with your team to create a staging plan. Staging services include:

Receive shipments at our warehouse and provide electronic receive reports daily

Asset tracking—Tag each asset, scan each tag number into our system and associate it to the serial number, then provide all required information electronically via email, ftp, or interface. We can customize the structure of the data output.

Hardware Configuration—Install internal or external hardware components, mount brackets, set dip switches, etc.

Software Configuration—Load OS and applications images on servers, PCs, registers, and mobile devices. Configure software if needed.

Testing—testing of individual equipment or complete systems as required.

Kit Building—Building kits for shipment to include necessary peripherals, cables, connectors, supplies, etc.

Return Items—If assets are being replaced, Proscan will process the old assets to be replaced. Packing materials and return label(s) will be included with new shipment to use for return products. Returned items will be received and processed or scrapped as required. Data will be collected and provided.
